General Betting Rules
- Who may place bets
- Only verified users aged 18+ may place bets. We may request proof of age and identity before or after settlement.
- Bet acceptance
- A bet is accepted when it appears in your bet history as accepted. Pending or processing status means the bet is not yet confirmed.
- Pre-match markets close at the advertised start time. In-play markets are available during an event where offered. Time stamps in the system are decisive.
- Stakes, limits, and payouts
- Minimum and maximum stakes, market limits, and any maximum payout per bet are displayed in the bet slip or market rules and may vary by sport, league, and event.
- Winnings for single bets are calculated as stake multiplied by the decimal odds. For accumulators, each leg must win; void legs settle at odds of 1.00.
- Settlement principles
- We settle bets based on the official result provided by governing bodies or reputable data providers at the time of result confirmation.
- Post-settlement changes to results do not affect settlement unless there was a palpable error or integrity issue.
- Dead heats may result in proportional settlement. Push outcomes settle the affected selection at odds of 1.00.
- Postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events
- If an event is postponed or abandoned, the bet may remain active if the event is completed within the timeframe stated in sport-specific rules. If not, affected selections are void and settle at odds of 1.00.
- If a market was offered in error, or a wrong participant, handicap, or line was posted, we may void the affected bets.
- Restrictions and integrity
- We may refuse, limit, or void bets that breach market rules, indicate collusion, misuse of bonuses, inside information, or suspicious betting patterns.
- Use of multiple accounts to evade limits is prohibited and may lead to account closure and voiding of related bets.
- Cancellations and corrections
- You cannot cancel a confirmed bet. The operator may cancel or correct bets for technical faults, obvious pricing errors, or rule breaches.
- If incorrect odds or markets are displayed due to a technical issue, we may settle at the correct odds or void the bet.
- Results and records
- Your account statement and bet history are the authoritative record of your bets and settlements. Keep personal copies if you need them for your records.
Payment Rules
- Currency and ownership
- All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira – NGN. You must be the lawful holder of the payment method used. Third party deposits or withdrawals are not allowed.
- Deposits
- Available methods, limits, and any applicable fees are shown in the cashier. Common options include bank transfer, cards, USSD, and approved wallets.
- Deposits are credited once the payment provider confirms success. Processing times can vary by method and banking hours.
- Withdrawals
- We may require successful verification before releasing funds. The platform pays out to the original funding method or another verified method in your name where permitted.
- Typical processing is 24 to 72 hours after approval, excluding bank delays. Additional time may be needed for compliance checks.
- Limits, fees, and checks
- Minimum and maximum amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier and may vary by method.
- The operator does not charge hidden fees. Your bank or wallet provider may apply charges.
- We may request proof of identity, address, payment method ownership, and source of funds to meet legal and anti-money laundering obligations.
- Transaction controls
- We may place holds or reverse transactions if funded by chargeback, fraud, or error. Bonus terms, including wagering, can restrict withdrawals until conditions are met.
- Suspicious activity may result in temporary freezing of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Cancellations
- You may request to cancel a pending withdrawal if it has not yet been processed. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
